“I was having anxiety around flying. I was dealing with it for more than 20 years, and I was starting to think twice about what kind of trips I wanted to take. I was referred to Todd from a friend of mine, and we met via Zoom. I was a bit skeptical how effective it could be if it wasn't in person.
